Caregiver led classes give the children an opportunity to learn alongside peers in a group setting about topics they may not otherwise learn about. Every class ties into African American history, acknowledgement, and praise.
Caregivers take turns to plan, coordinate, and collect money for a co-op field trip! All you have to do is pay and show up! With our caregiver planned field trips, you just have to plan and coordinate one field trip a year while you and your children can go on a minimum of nine.
Our club days meet every other week and shift to different interests as the seasons change. Past clubs have entailed nature learning, hikes, survival techniques, cooking, art, and reading.
Kids have the opportunity to focus on their individual schoolwork in a different setting from home and have the option of hanging out afterwards. Caregivers get the chance to socialize and breathe for a little bit.
